Terms of service
These terms cover the software Human Enterprises LLC, trading as Human Integrations, provides to businesses that use it. Using the software means accepting them.
What we provide
Software for running a field-service business: job records, scheduling, photographic evidence, parts tracking, and preparation of invoicing information. What is included for a given business is whatever we have agreed with that business in writing.
Your account
Accounts are for named people at the business we agreed them with. You are responsible for keeping access to them secure and for what is done under them. Tell us promptly if you think an account has been compromised.
Your data is yours
The records you create — customers, jobs, photographs, prices — belong to your business, not to us. We hold and process them to provide the software. You can ask for an export or for deletion at any time, and we will provide it.
Acceptable use
The software must be used lawfully, for the business it was provided to, and in a way that respects the customers whose information is in it. In particular, the messaging features must be used only to contact customers about work they have asked about, with their consent, and never for marketing. Our messaging terms set this out.
Availability
We work to keep the software running and reachable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. It depends on third parties — hosting, mobile networks, messaging and speech providers — and on a mobile signal that is often poor in the places it is used. The software is built to keep working offline where it can and to be honest about what has not yet been saved.
What the software does not do
It assists with running a business; it does not run it. Decisions about pricing, scheduling, parts and what to tell a customer remain the operator's. Where the software proposes something — a price, a part, a time — that is a proposal for a person to check, and the operator is responsible for what they act on.
Fees
Fees, if any, are as agreed in writing with each business. We will not introduce a charge for an existing arrangement without agreeing it first.
Ending it
Either side may end the arrangement with reasonable notice. On ending, we will provide an export of your data and delete it from our systems at your request.
Liability
The software is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the software in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, where Human Enterprises LLC is registered and operates from Rock Springs, Wyoming.
Changes
If these terms change we will update the effective date and tell the businesses using the software. Questions about any of this can go to buyselllab@gmail.com.
