Privacy policy
Human Enterprises LLC, trading as Human Integrations, builds operations software used by service businesses to run their work. In doing so we handle information about those businesses and about their customers.
Information we collect
From our clients
The business name and contact details of the operator, the accounts of people they authorise to use the software, and the records they create in it: jobs, schedules, suppliers, parts and invoicing information.
From their customers
Only what is needed to carry out the work the customer has asked for: name, telephone number, service address, vehicle details, and photographs of the vehicle taken at the job as a record of its condition before and after. Some of this is supplied by the customer directly through a form; the rest is taken down by the business.
We do not collect payment card details, and we do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Why we hold it
To schedule and carry out the work, to order the correct parts, to produce an invoice, and to keep a record of what was done. Photographs are held as evidence of the condition of a vehicle, which protects both the customer and the business if a question arises later.
Mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. Mobile numbers are used only to contact a customer about the job they gave the number for. Our messaging terms set out what is sent and how to stop it.
Who we share it with
The business the customer contacted, which is the party carrying out the work. Beyond that, information is shared only with the service providers needed to run the software — hosting, databases, file storage, and the messaging and speech services the product uses — and only to the extent needed to provide it. We do not sell information to anyone, for any purpose.
We may disclose information where we are legally required to.
How long we keep it
Job records and their photographs are kept for as long as the business needs them as a record of work carried out, and are deleted at that business's request. A business leaving us can have its data exported and removed.
Security
Information is held encrypted in transit and at rest. Access requires an authenticated account, and each business can see only its own records. Data held on a mobile device is stored in an encrypted database on that device.
Your rights
A customer may ask what is held about them, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. The quickest route is the business you dealt with, since it is their record. You can also contact us directly on (307) 371-7253 or buyselllab@gmail.com and we will pass the request on and act on it.
Children
The software is for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information about anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the effective date at the top. Material changes affecting customers will be notified to the businesses using the software.
